"Pathetic useless minute clinic staff. Was delayed by 5 mins for appointment at 5 pm then she canceled my appointment. She had apparently scheduled phone appointments or wanted to chat with someone at 5.10 pm and told to wait for 20 mins if the next patient doesn't show up she will take me as a patient. Pathetic unprofessional behavior"

"This is the rudest CVS I’ve ever had the displeasure of stepping into. The old man cashier has an attitude problem, and needs to cut out the non-professional rhetoric and do his job correctly. It is not okay to treat customers in the manner which he does. 0/10. Rude staff. Who wants that when I can go down the street elsewhere"

"The three staff at the pharmacy are probably overstressed and thus not very courteous to customers. Apparently they do not welcome copay coupons because they need to put in extra work to enter the data and remake the bill. The staff was nicer in the past."

"Pharmacy staff has changed so much in a short time so there’s no consistency with service. Only one pharmacist is nice though he’s not knowledgeable, only one tech is nice but he’s rarely there nowadays. They only wear surgical masks. The pharmacy gives Express Scripts misinformation, and CVS pharmacy staff tells me one thing but it shows another online. For example, they said I don’t have refills but I look at the bag and there are refills. Staff generally isn’t helpful. They also said, “Ask the pharmacist” when they literally can look it up on the computer like other stores."
