"I can't say enough about this office. We love Dr. Malcolm and so does Diesel! He is a pet lover and it is obvious. Diesel gets excited to see Dr. Malcolm (Richardson) just when we're driving by and is dissapointed when we don't go there. When we do go in, it's like a field trip for him! It's his happy place. The new office is beautiful and has a lot of parking. I think they are still working out some kinks (first week open) because it took a minute to get the bill after our visit. But overall, I wouldn't trust our boy to anyone else!"

"We've been going here for years. The doctors have always been great with our 2 cats and my mom's dog which is why we keep going back. Although a star lost as I agree the customer service at the front desk is not good. I often find the staff short tempered, frustrated and seemingly in-crisis. It would worry me if I left my animals for extended periods of time. Not all of them but enough that it's noticeable and consistent."

"The people working here are incredibly rude. My visit started with an employee complaining to me because I'd parked in "her" spot. There are no signs designating an employee parking lot, so not sure what her issue was. The handicapped spot is the furthest spot from the so-called customer parking and is set up in a way that makes it impossible to park in without curbing your rims. When I showed up to pick up my dogs, they made me wait, ignored me, and were generally rude to me, even though I was there to pay a $1,400 bill for their services. They forced me, literally forced me, to pay for unneeded services, like blood work, even though my dogs were just getting a teeth cleaning and tooth extraction. I will, however, say that the doctor there is top notch and genuinely cares about his patients. That said, they get away with their subpar treatment of their patients' owners because we literally have no other option. It is difficult to impossible to get a vet to accept new patients in this county. As such, our love for our furry friends allows us to swallow our pride and tolerate the rudeness and disrespect. It's an abusive and toxic relationship we endure out of love for those who love us so unconditionally. Regardless, these employees need to be ashamed of themselves, and you all know who you are."
