"I’ve started my Judo journey here almost 10 years ago now and I’ve never regretted it. Going to Migoto and meeting the Judo family was arguably one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I always felt welcomed every time I came in for a workout. Sensei Roland has always been a great coach and friend as well as the other sensei’s on the mat. The workouts are intense but necessary to keep us properly warmed up before learning techniques and sparring at the end of class. HIGHLY recommend if you’re looking to learn some throws or looking to get in shape in a fun way!"
