"I took my pup in to get a grooming and paid for the best package which was supposed to come with nail trim, teeth brushing, furminator, spring bandana, coupon book, etc. when I pick him up they told me they were short staffed and had to charge me extra for “handling” and couldn’t trim his nails. They also didn’t brush his teeth and no bandana, couldn’t find a coupon book and were so rude. My dog has been numerous times and never has needed to be charged a handling fee. The groomer was clearly over worked and stressed which was translating to the dogs, I was watching her struggle with another dog when I got there and the whole experience was terrible. The haircut was so crooked and they didn’t do what I asked yet I got charged extra. Ridiculous. I had to wait and get a manager for my coupon book and bandana"

"Came in made a $20 purchase. Asked to pay with $100 bill. I was told he couldn’t break the $100 bill. All I had was cash. I asked if that meant that I wasn’t going to be able to purchase my items because I wasn’t planning to pay with a card. Tall, male cashier begrudgingly went to the next register then let me know. I would need to come over there, so I followed. He completed my purchase and gave me change without looking me in the face acknowledging the second half of the transaction, or speaking to me from there on. I said, thank you very much and he did not respond and then I said have a nice day and he did not respond. The rudest customer service interaction I have ever had. Socially, unaware cashier, who actually made me feel very physically uncomfortable in his presence, because of how rude he was. I will not be returning to this location. Transaction Was at 11:34 on January 31"
"Maria was wonderful, I walked in with concerns for my puppy. She assured me my puppy was in good hands. I trusted her, she was professional, yet personal and her exepertis in her field did not fail me. My puppy dog looked so good, she was happy and did not seem stressed at all after her treatment. She looked like a new dog after her spa trip"
