"Buyer beware! Ordered large Wormout Gel. Usage is every 3 months. Product received expired in 6 months which means I would only get 2 dosages from the bottle. Contacted company, and basically they said too bad. If I wanted to pay return shipping, they would give me a refund. This company should be checking the products they send out. They shouldn't pawn off old stock on their customers. Think about it, you pay for shipping both ways, they know most people won't do it and that's how they get away with it. I do not recommend this company."
"Terrible service, over two weeks without communication they wouldn't answer phone calls or emails. They shipped my order to my previous address.The excuse they no longer shipp to my current address. That's a place I no longer recommend to buy anything for your birds. Took my money no problem, wanted me to pay for the order again rip off."

"Great place to buy your bird supplies! And were very helpful once we got there. They helped me and made sure I bought the right medication for my pigeons. Only down side was that I tried getting a hold of them to see if they were open on black Friday but no one ever answered so we took a gamble and drove 40min. When we arrived we were happy that they were open they had many calls coming so that explained why they never answered us maybe confirming store hours for holidays online would be helpful? Also they do not sell pigeons there if anyone is wondering"
