"Have a great compassionate team, who's passionate about pets! They actually want to be helpful and provide a great experience. My pup has an autoimmune brain disease, so we're frequent flyers at vet clinics (the bigger, more name brand ones that rhyme with "Page") and have both come to appreciate the at home feel of Livermore Family Pet Hospital. They do make you feel like a part of the family. More recent experiences: Brought in my pup for diarrhea, pup ended up "decorating" my entire arm, chest, legs, etc mid appointment--the team worked together flawlessly and sprang into action to get my pup and I cleaned up. They sent me home in a fresh pair of scrubs and a trash bag for my soiled outfit. Justine & Dr. Moore were able to accommodate an urgent request for me outside of office hours. I had not received a certificate for my pet to travel and realized when the office was closed. They worked together to re-send the certificate (they had sent it to the wrong address--easy mistake) to my correct email at 7pm on a Friday. This was very helpful as my flight was at 6am Monday, when the office opens at 8:30am. Thank you!"
