"BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO RESPECT! So far my experience with Costco was good until today. Employees were so helpful. When I needed empty shoe boxes for kids’ school projects, they generously gave it to me. They drew pictures on the receipt and made my kids to smile ear to ear. Today, I had really an unpleasant encounter with one of employees, 9:20am on 2/7. My mother wanted to choose good quality of banana. She was looking and found one but it was hard to reach it with her height. She stopped on wooden pallets to grab the banana. All of sudden, a man was yelling at my mother behind of her. “ ma’am, do not step on it due to safety reason.” Totally understandable. Since my mother does not understand/speak English, I explained my mom the reasons and asked her to step down. She felt horrible. She apologizes to him even in English “ I am sorry”. After that, the MAN said “ that is what 5 yrs old does. ” after that, he was talking to his co worker. I could not believe what I heard. That is your response after you heard sincere apology? Where did you learn your manner? What are qualifications that Costco looks when you hire people? He was not respectful. You are at work. You are supposed to help people and work for Costco to provide the best customer service to make people satisfied. If you see any person, particularly the elderly people, to try to reach for something, your first response should be like, can I please help you out? Which one are you trying to get? It is is dangerous, please step down, I will help you out to get it. Seriously, I was super upset. THAT WAS NOT UNACCEPTABLE!"

"Costco has good prices on bulk items and other items as well. Plus there's a lot of checkers. Which I think is important being a large store. Costco has a lot of checkers which can get you out quickly. Also it's a must to get one of their classic hot dogs for,they are so tastey. ."

"Very nice large Costco tucked just off the Airway Drive exit of 580. There were lots of new interesting food items that I had never seen at my local Costco, including quail eggs. They were so pretty. I would love to include them hard boiled for Easter. There were also interesting spiced crab snacks. The body was smaller than a quarter. It like you ate it whole. It was not gluten-free, so I didn't try it. I did get the dried tangerines, which were tasty and some other dried fruit I had not seen before."

"The best time to come here is 1 hour before they close. There is easy parking and nowhere near the same crowds that you find during the day. Great price on gas, and even though the lines look long, it goes pretty fast. Again, go towards the very end of the day to skip the crowds and crazy people."
