"When I called to make sure my photo order was still there (I was well over the time frame expected for it to still be there! My fault entirely, I didn't pay attention to my email from you folks saying it was ready and had indeed forgotten about it entirely!). Anyway, when I called to be sure it was still there (I had originally ordered over the internet and the cost was very negligible although the pictures very priceless to me!), the manager took my photos from the photo department and had them right up by the register for me, very convenient and thoughtful for sure! So even though I didn't think to get his name, I'm sure you folks can get his name and thank him properly for a job well done! Instead of complaining as I'm sure most people only do, I want to praise him and the great and conscientious job he's doing. You should be very proud!
