"When the man rang up my things I asked him how much it was? He said 44 even, I did my card and then he handed me change so I was already kinda confused. When I got home I got a notification saying they charged me 49.50. I read my receipt and the 44 he told me wasn’t even accurate, he over charged my debit card and gave me change back? Can someone explain this to me? If there’s a 5.50 debit charge I mean he could have mentioned that? And why is it showing as an atm withdrawal? I smell something fishy."

"My first time experience in cookies was amazing! From being checked in and told our deals of the day and how we can join their rewards program. The employees were knowledgeable and were able to answer our questions, they didn’t hover and let us do our shopping freely. I also enjoy that I’m able to read the product and it’s not all behind a counter. I like that Enrique was welcoming and chatty with us during checkout as well. 10/10 the other ladies were awesome too I just didn’t catch their name 10/10"
