"Curbside pickup is such a time saver. The shoppers do a fabulous job and Nob Hill has a great selection. The store brand is comparable to national brands, but at better prices. I've been using this service for a few years now and plan on continuing in the future. Edited 3/2024 to add: the service is still good, but the online ordering has gotten convoluted and time consuming because headquarters decided to 'update' the website. I'm still shopping and using the service because the benefits outweigh the user unfriendly issues."
"Never enough cashiers, and the one Elaine is particularly condescending. They're overpriced on nearly every item. Clip coupon app/website is a pain to use now. Don't even think about going here between 12-1:30pm and getting out in under 10min. I used to shop at this location regularly before Raley's turned it into garbage. All profit, no/rude service. Seriously, screw this company."
"I love Nob Hill. I’ve been shopping there for years. I am 52 and have been shopping at Nob Hill in Napa California pretty much my whole life I recently over the last year. I’ve had trouble getting my digital coupons because it says I don’t have a profile and I’ve tried to wait on hold to help line and I can’t wait on hold that long because I work, so I would really love to be able to create an account, but I can’t because I have already have an existing account, but therefore still won’t let me open that account either everyone at the stores tried to help me and to no avail none of us have have succeeded I am a faithful loyal shopper that cannot get the basic digital coupons just because I can’t get an account that I’ve already had for years I used to get the coupons don’t get those anymore either same phone number my whole 25 years 30 years, so I’m now 52 and still can’t get the digital coupons"
"Very good store and friendly staff, The only thing lacking and that is the same in most grocery stores in the Bay Area is a good food hot bar. All these stores have all the ingredients and products to make good food but most of them make lousy food."
