"Very friendly staff, professional environment. They still enforce the mask mandate vaxxed or not, even though it doesn't protect against anything. They will have you fill out about 10 pages worth of paperwork before you are seen. Great place if you are covered by insurance, or perhaps even on workers compensation, otherwise DO NOT visit this place. Out of pocket costs are steep and their main focus is securing the bag instead of helping with your recovery."
