"Dishonest place! I took my MTB today for a basic tune up and asked them multiple times (both over the phone when I made the appointment and in-person when I dropped off the bike) if they could wash my bike with soap and water. Let alone for a proper wash, they barely wiped down the bike, leaving dust and dirt from my last ride all over it."
