"Awesome store the staff members where great in their knowledge of products. Melissa helped me out with some outfits, she has a keen eye for a personal designer in clothing, thanks Melissa. The Manager on duty was very helpful and professional. Thank you team at the O'Neill store you guys did great and will definitely return to your store."
"They have a one month return policy. This is too short. Just now, I tried return a board short never used (still with all tags on and the receipt) and they denied because it had past three weeks from the due date of returned. I even said I was going to buy something else with the refunded money. The store worker said she was sorry, but there was not a sign that she really meant it. Instead, she said “don’t screw up next time and I’ll accept your return” (she did not exactly said it with this words but that is how it felt). I’ll return to this store if I hear an apology and if they accept the return. Then i’ll Still use the refunded money to purchase something in the store for karma."
"Was in the lookout for a straw lid for my hydro flask, asked for one that would fit my 24 oz one. Associated pointed me to one, and it clearly did not fit. When I asked if I could do an exchange manager didn't even look over to me or anything just "NO". They also have a water station and manager told me that I couldn't just walk to it, that I had to walk around the store to get to the water station if I wanted water."
