"They won't answer your calls for at least two weeks, no joke I left several messages over the course of two weeks and they didn't respond once. If they have listings available, they're not. I even applied for a listing, hoping that would get a response from them, paid the fee and waited. Only to get a call two days later that no units are available. I'm looking at their site now and it says they're available. Total scam. I bet more people will apply online to a listing that is no longer available. Do not apply! (ps, my Google name is not my real name so they'll respond like "we found no one under your name in our call logs" to try to dismiss this review. It's all true, I have no reason to lie about this."

"I set up an appt to tour a townhome, which was tough based on the availability for showing places vs a typical working schedule. The woman that answers the phone warned me that these places fill up fast & I should book this showing sooner if possible. I told her I would keep our appointment the following week, but would contact her if I had an opportunity to visit sooner. Several days later after setting up a showing, I received another voicemail from this same woman who clearly didn't realize we had previously spoken & already set up an appt to see a unit later the next week. I coincidentally was able to leave my work site early the same day as receiving the duplicate voicemail, so I called her & explained that we had already spoken & asked if she would be available instead to show me a unit that afternoon. She was incredibly rude & told me that she takes "a hundred calls/day." I politely explained that was not the issue, but that I was actually available to see a place earlier than I had already scheduled with her, providing she also had time available. She proceeded to act short and impolite with me & condescendingly told me she needed all of my information again, then immediately replied that there were no units available. Weird, as there appear to still be units available according to your website online. I'm considering this to be a sign, as I would never want to deal with this awful and ill-mannered woman again. She should really not be the voice/face of a business that deals with people."

"I have never lived in such a disgusting and poor managed apartment. For the price that i pay. It is not worth it. They claim and showed recipets that it was cleaned but yet i find dog hair and rock and dog puke on the carpets. I had to spend my own money to clean. They claim its legal to not give any notice to go in your apartment unannounced whenever they want. My dishwasher leaks but they claim it doesnt and are just too cheap to fix or replace it. The ceiling is leaking and yhey just pain over it to "fix" it. There is probably totten woods and mold above there but they dont care. I vould go on but you get the point. Dont live here!!"

"The other reviews here are likely from before the new management company took over. I rented here for a year from fall 2015 to fall 2016 and it's the best rental experience I ever had. A screen door and a shower head needed repair the day I was moving in. I made a call to management and they were both replaced within 45 minutes. The grounds were kept immaculate and the buildings were kept in great condition. They were even understanding when I got laid off and let me get on a payment plan to pay my rent. Management and the property itself were great."

"Do not rent here! The management only calls back prospective tenants, and doesn't respond to issues in a timely manner. The hours for the office aren't kept by personnel. I have had 2 friends that rented here and they both had no hot water for an extended amount of time...one for 2 weeks straight! Heat even went out for a few days in one of the coldest winters we've had. On top of everything, the management shows the apartment when the tenant is still living there and even removed personal property before the tenant moved out! They must have thrown it away because they won't return it. These are such awful people who's notion of "normal" are completely messed up."
