"I have been at Cedar Edge since May of 2023, but have had multiple friends live there in years previously. The apartments are large and (compared to everything else around) relatively inexpensive. A lot of units are either remodeled or half updated which is nice. Other good features are an outdoor pool, underground parking, laundry in your hall (stock up on those quarters) and balconies/patios. Management and Maintenance are responsive and helpful. Can't beat the location either."
"I gave 2 stars because the apartments themselves are pretty nice. The management/owners are HORRIFIC. We were going through some hardship due to covid and we called the landlord to let her know we would be late on rent. She told us we had until the end of the month to pay it. The NEXT week we got a "5 day notice" to pay or vacate and that we needed to "declutter" as well or they would evict us. Since when was clutter in violation with our lease? (Our place is organized she literally said "you guys just have a lot of stuff".) WE'RE IN THE MIDDLE OF A FREAKING PANDEMIC for Christ sake and they will not let us renew our lease because of "clutter"."
