"My partner and I have been living here for a couple months now (6 months to be exact). The community is friendly, atmosphere is quiet and both management (Ashleigh and Don) and maintenance (Jim) are responsive, friendly and helpful. We have yet to have a bad experience. When we first moved in, there was a little extra cleaning to be done (like around baseboards, cabinet doors, some small things in the tub and deeper cleaning in general), but the carpet had been replaced and everything was in working order. Both my partner, myself and our two cats have enjoyed living here so far!"

"Terrible customer service( Ash Sorenson)they wouldn't show us the place and wouldn't work with my Dad and myself with the application process we are both older people don't know about downloading or scanning our incomes, I told the woman I bring my income papers to her and she was stuck on their process of this. It was a shame because between me and my Dad we made enough money to get the place but the person we dealt with was very close minded when I offered suggestions, she wasn't into finding solutions to help the situation."

"I used to live here when I was a kid back in the 90s, I did most of my growing up in Cedarburg. Now I'm older and married, my husband and I agreed that we would like to move to Washington Court. Management was always nice, I remember Matt and Heather they were great managers and the owner Dewey was always very friendly."

"New tenants beware. Honestly the price and location are fantastic. The building and structures are dated. They don’t keep up with it. Which is all still fine. Now living here in the winter months we are realizing there is absolutely NO UPKEEP. Until well after any issue. The past few storms. Not a single thing was done for almost 24 hours. Have a job? You are s.o.l. because you won’t be in a condition to leave the property. After numerous complaints they finally salted. Almost 20 hours after a storm and several inches down after their first sweep they still haven’t returned. Outside of winter months it is a fantastic place to live. But beware. This isn’t a joke. The amount of frustration you will have during this time will amaze you. The whole place is an ice rink. Fall down and hurt yourself. They still won’t come. It’s like they are asking for a lawsuit. Working with the management team is subpar. You won’t see any snow removed or salt dropped until after 1 pm. So be prepared to have the worst time trying to get to work."
