"The Next Step Clinic helped diagnose my son with Autism, and set me up with a family navigator who claimed she could help me find services for him such as a psychiatrist, and help with my sons IEP, and said she’d have someone call me and havent heard from her in over three months. When i tried emailing her, it said that email didnt exist. When i called the clinic mid day on a Monday, no one was there to take my call. I left a voicemail, and finally got a TEXT back a week later from Dr Levanthal, asking how she can help, its now Saturday and havent heard anything back yet again. They have left me feeling helpless and alone when they claimed they would be there for us. Dont depend on these people to help you"
