"I have nothing but high praise for Hector. His class is very comprehensive. I took photography back in college (more years ago than I care to admit) and for all practical purposes, I was a beginner when I took his class. In fact, there were several other students who had not used a professional camera before. Hector covered so much ground, going over all the basics, and all the different settings and modes of the camera in a way that he made it understandable, straightforward and practica. I truly felt that I got max value for my money. Thank you Hector!"

"I had the privilege of taking Hector’s No More Auto class yesterday in San Diego and it far exceeded my expectations. Hector is an outstanding teacher who was able to break down a lot of information to digestible segments with exercises to help each student truly understand the concepts. He is such a dedicated professional that he stayed with us for a full hour past our class time to ensure that he covered all important topics. While it is a very long day and you have homework before you even arrive, the value that I received from the class far exceeded the price I paid. "What a great class! Hector is a experienced photographer, a truly amazing instructor! I have always been interested in photography and now with two little young ones I just want to capture all those special moments. "I took this class yesterday and WOW!!! Hector was amazing! He took the time to explain to the features and the benefits. We all had different cameras and lenses, he knew the features on them and where to find them on each of our cameras. Explained the differences. He showed us some poses to use to create a story. He really is passionate about teaching. I would take more of his workshops for sure!! If you want to learn in a positive environment you have to take this workshop!"

"Honestly, I can't say enough good things about this workshop!! Hector is an absolutely AWESOME instructor. He worked SO hard all day, non stop, with such attention to detail, making sure each one of us got the knowledge we needed to "get out of Auto mode"...Mission Accomplished!! My 10 year old granddaughter and I both took the course, and she LOVED it! She was clicking away all day, and Hector made sure she got a great start to being an amazing photographer. He used many simple exercises to help us understand how everything works. Hector is very thoughtful, creative, patient and extremely knowledgeable...we could ask him any question, and he knew the answer.
