I wanted to cash my check the lady behind the window doesn’t know how to behave with the customers than her manager giving weird justifications. I left the counter without being served. This needs to be addressed and employees must be trained how to behave and handle customers accordingly."

"Me and my mom has been a member of BofA for over 20years. just moved to this area. And they treat people of color rude here, Refuse to deposit my mom check , the Rep that help name was Su. So just went to ATM machine to deposit cleared the next day. She thought it was fraud or something racial profile me. Really embarrassing , writing letter to corporate as well. Same check we deposit every 6 months into her account. Just sad. Changing banks now for sure. Had my elderly mom in tears. she was so confused.."
