"Why are there ZERO reviews about the actual procedures and results? All these reviews are about how wonderful the consultation went. Of course that will go great. They are selling you a service. I read they told some they aren't candidates and they have to for liability reasons. But the rest of you will be told what you want to hear. Many people said they would come back and update on the procedure but there are ZERO of those as well. Go look on the BBB and Yelp reviews because these and the ones on their website are skewed."

Hands down best customer service professional I’ve ever encountered, and I’ve worked years managing this field. They are so incredibly lucky to have her; back in my day I would have recruited her endlessly!! Kit was AMAZING as well but that is well said in many other reviews."
