"Lousy place-, lousy workers there- No office secretaries there either- so no grievances could ever be filed- Nobody answers their dumb smartphones either- all they do is send appointment reminders by e-mail- trying that way to Intimidate those to come back;:-"
"Inquired about therapy and EMDR. I was placed with a dietician who is also a therapist. I asked to be placed with someone else because they had mentioned 3 therapists would accept my insurance and provided the services I need. I also personally have weight related trauma and I figured they would be understanding of that. I got no reply from the administrator after several attempts to be placed with a different therapist. They also must not have told the therapist I was originally placed with that I declined to see her because she called me 3 times over the course of 2 weeks (after I had asked to be placed with another). Incredibly unprofessional, lack of communication, and honestly not appropriate for a place that claims to help with trauma."
