"Staff said they were going to set up transportation to my dad's post op appointment but they never set up his transportation so he ended up missing his appointment and didn't communicate it to family."

"The people were wonderful caring and very helpful. I went there after being in the hospital for a little bit. I was very optimistic if I'd ever be able to walk again and they got me back on my feet and I can actually breathe deeper feel. More of life and I am so thankful for the whole staff. As I have a ways to go yet but they gave me the hope that the future will be brighter for me."

"The staff here were excellent. Especially worked closely with physical therapy and occupational therapy who challenged me to be able to function independently. But they also kept in mind my limitations, and didn’t ask me to do more than I was capable of. They were very good at setting realistic goals and making modifications. They came up with good solutions. The clinical staff were aware of my goals and provided good assistance. There is an on-site therapy room to practice and try out different options. There wasn’t any interaction with other patients which made for some long days in my room alone"

The nursing staff and the nurses assistants were fabulous. His case manager did all the heavy lifting so to speak to make it easier on us.
