"Recently left the 20 South Park clinic for Union Corners and could not be happier! Dr. Lavin is very attentive and thorough. Tonight I had to use their urgent care. I arrived at 5 and was done by 6:15. Everyone was polite and professional!"
"I came here due to my breathing issues and I told them I had a history of shortness of breath and wheezing because I suspected I had asthma. It had gotten worse over the years and I finally came in to do something about it because my PCP recommended I go here since appointments are backed up. The PA (Elizabeth Wolter) that I saw was super rude and hostile off the bat. She said “I’m trying to understand how this is an URGENT issue?” When I’ve told her how bad it is and I get terrible coughing fits. She was extremely dismissive and condescending. I think she thought I was sick and recovering from a cold but I told her that I’ve had this condition for more than half of my life. It also seems that she thought I was lying. Why would I lie about having breathing problems. I really do not wish for people to experience this and if you can, avoid this place."
"It is near impossible to get ahold of a nurse or doctor (pediatrics) for any questions and the urgent care wait is always hours long. Super frustrating how long you have to wait and how many hoops you have to jump through to speak to or be seen by someone. When I do finally get ahold of someone, the experience is positive, but it isn’t worth the wait."
"98% of the time when I come here I get great service. Today I had to make a trip to urgent care and was seen by a few different nurses who were all lovely. Yama in particular was an absolute gem! She is a wholesome, caring, and kind nurse who made me feel 10x better after having a very rough morning."
