"Came here to see a GI doctor. I came late and cannot try to schedule with them ever again. Anyone looking to have service here have to be mindful of this policy, especially those who are disabled. Maybe look for a more understanding provider. It won't be here for those who struggle with getting to appointments on time."

"Called to make an appointment for my 4 year old daughter who is having an acute issue only to learn that the entire pediatric floor is CLOSED. Absolutely no notice provided. I was left scrambling to find a new provider, not a well researched one that fits our family, but one that would see a non-established patient quickly. I have since learned from other families that used this clinic that the decision to close was planned, which should of allowed ample time to provide proper warning. I have worked in healthcare for many years and know that this is absolutely unacceptable. Ascension leadership should be ashamed of themselves and held accountable. It’d be nice to have an actual phone number to discuss this issue with a decision maker but instead they route you to an online form…"

"I went for an annual check-up to establish care with a doctor and did lab tests per the doctor's request, not for any sort of symptom or illness just to establish care. The hospital billed my ENTIRE visit to my insurance with illness codes despite the fact that my labs were all preventative. I promptly contacted billing via mychart as well as the doctor This was the response on September 21st: "Good day, Christopher. I hope you're doing well. We have submitted this to be reviewed and bill with a proper codes. Once the review is done, we will submit the claims to your insurance company. Usually this will takes 30 to 45 business days for the reprocessing of the claims. If you have any other billing concern, feel free to send us a message. Thank you for reaching out." It is now December 16th, and I've been sent a 2nd bill indicating that I still owe over 700 for these labs. Healthcare in this country is such a scam, and these hospitals & doctors truly don't care about people's health. I've canceled my next 2 visits, and guess I'll go back to only visiting a doctor when something is wrong because, evidently, it's wrong to try and care for yourself. The fact that they can only be reached by phome during m-fr also doesn't help either... I can't afford to take a day off work just to reach your customer service. Essentially, what I'm saying is if you are looking for a doctor for preventative care - LOOK ELSEWHERE! This hospital cares for nothing other than profit."

"No matter what floor you go to. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Plenty of parking, easy access to elevators and restrooms and plenty of seating room."
