"Sabrina, the person that conducted the service, was very unsure of what she was doing. The appointment began with Sabrina saying it sounded like I already had a travel consultant somewhere else. I explained that I did at my doctor's office but they didn't have one of the vaccinees needed so I was referred to Passport Health. She asked if I still wanted the consultation and it would cost $85. Then she said it costs $85 whether I wanted her to go through the information or not. If I was paying, I was going to get the full consultation. I was at the appointment with my travel companion. Each time Sabrina read something from the website she had up, she asked me if that's what they told me at my prior consultation. She was told that sometimes my partner had issues with needles. While she was giving him his shots, she kept saying "breathe, breathe. Are you breathing?" Not very comforting. At the end, we were shocked by the total of the vaccines and service. The costs should have been communicated up front and disclosed that insurance would not be billed, it was all cash. I would definitely do more research next time I travel and go somewhere else."
