"IDK why these guys get a bad wrap. Shipment arrived as it was packed. That is mainly on the original shipper. Scheduling a time to pick up my shipment was painless. When I showed up Ben promptly brought it to my vehicle. Doesn't get much better then that. Very helpful, would use again. In fact prior to this experience. Shipping large items was a daunting concept. Knowing I can use them for large freight is way cheaper than then UPS or FedEx. And really.. if you're shipping freight.. you're not concerned about overnight delivery.. lets be honest. Thanks for your help Ben. Look forward to using your services again."

"Drivers are very polite and helpful, but their dispatcher Ben does not compensate the drivers effort, he has no tolerance, no politeness, no manners, supposedly is the person in charge in San Diego location. He is not helpful at all and/or gives solutions to pickup problem."

"I enjoyed my time with Central Transport in San Marcos,. TMs are always under pressure by the Corporate Office and upper management to push freight out and to pickup. Ben and German do an awesome job. I like no bull s#*t managers that shoots straight, it only makes for a better driver. If it wasn't for him and the awesome team of drivers doing there jobs right we wouldn't of had performance raises ."

"Terminal Manager is a nightmare to work for. Treats drivers and customers like trash. I am amazed he is allowed to work for a company like Central for this long. I bet the turnover would be a lot less if changes were made. I gave it three stars because I do like the company."
