"Don't waste your time here, they were extremely rude & unprofessional. I paid extra to make sure my letter was delivered by Monday, but after waiting a couple of days I checked the tracking number and saw the shipping label was created, but never mailed. I went into the store on Monday (the same day my letter was supposed to be delivered) & showed them the tracking information showed the letter was never mailed, they looked around the back & said someone forgot to mail it, then they turned around and lied & said I told them to hold it. I ended up getting a refund & going to a different Postal Annex, which also ended up being cheaper."

"I went there this morning to mail a letter overnight. I do this all the time, but I always go to the post office. I know it costs $23.50 to send it overnight through the post office. The person at the counter told me it was $49.95 and it would be there by tomorrow by 10:30. I said I know I would pay a surcharge for the convenience but the post office is $23.00 - is there another way. The clerk then hit the computer and told me the rate thrgh the post office was $36.90. I said no it isn't, but he was insistent that it was. So I told him I pass. I then drove the 2 miles over to the post office, no lines, nice clerk and sent my letter overnight, signed receipt return and delivery by 10:30 the next day for $25.50. I then proceeded to drive back to postal annex (I was going to the Starbucks in the shopping center there, which is why I went to postal annex and willing to pay the premium for the convenience in the first place). I walked in and told the clerk he lied to me and here is my paid receipt with return receipt added for $25.50. He proceeded to tell me he didn't lie to me and never said the post office rate was $36.90 - because he wasn't the post office. If he would of just said he was sorry and the markup is what it is, I could have accepted that. Instead, he lied and said he never said that. I understand profit and can make a decision about profit verses convenience. But, I would never support a liar. You will never see me in that store again. I caution anyone who uses this store for convenience make sure of the convenience rate, because this clerk lied."

"Take your shredding here! He has a great big state of the art shredder right in the store. He shredded six boxes of documents for me right then and there. Super nice owner. Most places put the stuff to be shredded into a slot in a trash can with a flimsy lock on it and I always just hope it actually gets shredded. The owner was super nice and friendly and very capable and ran things very well. Highly recommend"
