"The staff here is wonderful. I booked an appt to do what I thought was a ink fingerprint but found out I had booked it under something else. I never got his name, but the gentleman who runs the place explained that they usually never do two of the kind I needed per day due to the stress level, but they had already done one. He made an exception for me. He was very hilarious and you can tell he's really on top of the ball. I came back to have my ink prints shipped out today. Would rate this place 7/5 if I could. Highly recommend."

"I was here to scan some documents to my email. The store clerk was very accommodating after i explained how Kohls couldn't to take an Amazon return for the same item I had returned (they shipped the wrong item twice). He was busy but still walked me through the process of selecting the correct return item on my Amazon. He printed the return label and took care of the return ASAP. He saved me time as I didn't need to go to the UPS store after coming to them. It's a one stop shop!!! Thank you so very much I will definitely refer friends and family here! Excellent customer service!!!"
