He not only hung up the phone ones but twice. If you don't have notary don't advertize it; if you can't handle customers' questions then don't work there."

"Several bad experiences I’ve had here so I had to write this review. A male employee with short dark hair is rude and ignores customers as much as possible, pretending to be busy organizing bubble wrap while customers wait in line. When he does actually do his job, he has a really rude and hostile attitude. Once they lost my package I dropped off, but I had the receipt so I was able to get my money back from amazon. Make sure you get a receipt if you drop off a package."
