"The crate was shipped from St. Louis to Oakland Cali. In route for two weeks, We were supposed to have our freight on Thursday, but due to unforeseen breakdowns in Kansas, it did not arrive on time. They don’t work on Sunday so we could not get ahold of anyone for updated information other than being in transit. On Monday morning they said that it would be delivered 8:30 am to 9:30 am, we waited….by 11:30 or so we were told it sitting at the FedEx warehouse and we could expect delivery between noon and 2, 3 at the latest. So we ended up driving to the fedex warehouse to get the crate ourselves. We wasted a day and a half in all! And never received the auto updates!"

"Shipment was in-state delivery from the Los Angles area (Shipped June 4, 2021) to the Tri-Valley area, yet it took them 13 days to finally deliver my shipment. Yes, it was delivered today (July 17, 2021), but I did not receive it! it was delivered to an unknown address. Had to contact them to retrieve it and redeliver. Don't know when I can receive it."

"During the 5 days after my shipment arrived at this facility, they neither delivered it or called me to make a delivery appointment. Called them on Monday, a delivery appointment was made for Tuesday. They did not show up on Tuesday. Rescheduled for Wednesday. Called them and was told they could not make it Wednesday. My shipment is still sitting in their FedEx Livermore CA facility after 8 days. Very slow, ineffective and poor service quality."
