"We live in Montana, bought a bike for my daughter about a year ago. Wanted a local store in case it needed anything in the future. Today her online purchased bike lock LOCKED UP! Grrr! After working through several attempts. She decided to call the shop. The fellow told her to stay put. He showed up with bolt cutters dispatched the old lock. Refused payment. You proved we made the right decision by going above and beyond. It comforts our parent hearts to know that there are still good people out there taking care of others. with intense gratitude - the Parents 1,600 miles away."
"I went to this place two weeks ago and got a tire switched, I thought they were okay. I called them this morning and this guy said come on in, so I rode my bike across town to have both tires switched, the guy at the place was kind of rude when I brought up that I had just been in a couple weeks ago he's like oh oh well, and??? He also told me that they weren't going to switch the tires today and 50 minutes before that, The guy told me to come in and that they can get it done quick.. That's not the way to do business. I would avoid this place."
