"Not understanding why I’m on hold TWICE for over 35 minutes ….? 1/4/23 11:00AM ?"

"I had surgery and an overnight stay. All of the staff have been friendly and wonderful. I was able to get some hospital food before I went to bed. I had the baked cod with mashed potatoes, sautéed onions, mushrooms, and chicken gravy, and a slice of apple pie. The meal was included with my meal and arrived within a half hour. The food and service are better than many places I have been before, but I had a suspicion that the chef might have drugged me and cut me up while I was out. One of the nice nurses said it was for my good, so I'll trust her at her word, as she is very nice and works lots of third shift hours. Ps. Thankfully, the pee bottle was empty when I took the video..."

"Ever since I changed all my doctor's to froedtert clinics they've gone above and beyond for me. Just saw my new diebetes doctor , Dr. Knudson and I feel like I've been a patient of his for years, he listens to your concerns and explains everything very well and takes his time I feel so lucky to have him."

"Hello, new mom here! I have been coming here since I moved into the area, Dec 2021. I came for prenatal care and have really enjoyed my experience with the providers. My delivery experience was also exceptional, and I have a healthy 1.5 month old baby. I came in today for 2 appts, with plans to pump/ express milk between appointments for my newborn. To my disappointment, I was unable to find any lactation rooms for patients. I asked the front desk staff of the OBGYN clinic and they said it was only for staff and I should have told my MA so I could have pumped in the room. They did not offer to bring me back again. I went to 2 information desks, who were very helpful, and it was confirmed that within the facility there are no lactation rooms for patients. I am very disappointed and had higher expectations for such a great facility. Additionally, I work in healthcare and am a Certified Lactation Counselor, there are pods you can place for the use of lactating moms. Froedtert, you need to do better."

"I see my PCP here at the specialty clinics. Always very clean and professional. The staff very courteous and capable. Communication can be lacking. I've visited the E.R. a few times where they haven't given me clear information or instructions, yet sent prescriptions to the pharmacy without explaining it all to me. The Dr's I've had in my experience do not appreciate you telling them what you think is going on with you. Even to the point of them being wrong and the patient being right all along. To the detriment of the patient having to wait so long. An open mind shouldn't be that hard to keep."
