"It's a Scam. They sell permanent life insurance, but market it as a "tax-free income program", equating it to an investing savings account which it's not. The premium+fees(cost), which FCA doesn't disclose, is typically 90% of the contribution (That money is gone to pay the insurance part). You only earn interest on around 10% of what you paid and if you don't pay the premium, it can eat away at your savings. FCA markets it as "free insurance", don't disclose the real costs, and mislead people into thinking they will earn interest on the total contribution. These are very expensive insurance policies that pay out large commissions to FCA. They hire a lot of young, inexperienced agents who really don't know what they're selling. A lot of their clients have lost their life savings and don't even know it yet. If you're a victim, please report FCA to the California Department of Insurance."
