He is extremely knowledgeable about all things recumbent, is accommodating, listens to your needs, patient in answering questions, efficient at recumbent maintenance and therefore, very reasonably priced, is honest, kind, does not engage in any hard-sell, and is objective about the products he sells as well as those he doesn't sell. I would give Zach more stars if I could. He is excellent and passionate about all things recumbent.
