"Don’t sell your shoes here. Aside from the most condescending customer service I’ve seen, every time I bring shoes here they offer the most insulting lowball. Most places will give payout or at least close to payout but these guys always come in like 30% under so they can “sell on stockx” if the shoes don’t move. Probably the worst consignment store in the Bay Area. Take your business to airloom deluxe for a fair price. These guys will be out of business soon."

"tried buying over instagram twice. both times charged me, ended up selling shoe to someone else and didn’t refund me and didn’t let me know they were sold to someone else. when i called about the issue they said they would get back to me in two days and failed to do so. i had to call 2 different times to get my refund back which was $170. would not recommend."
