"Great location knowledgeable people all that. Not sure how to get the message to corporate HQ but I'm frustrated again and again with promotional emails promising some kinda % off or whatever. So I make the trek to the store, every time I try to use it, it never works. Confusion at the register. Didn't work today, would have saved me 20 bucks. Guy says oh it doesn't work on that brand. I say what does it work on? Answer, I dunno, but not that brand. I really want to support brick n mortar retail but seriously every time it's this?"
"I enjoyed shopping here. The worker was super helpful with finding me a fishing rod. I had one in mind, a 7'6 Daiwa Procyon, and when I went there the worker pointed it out but I mightve heard him pronounce it differently than I assumed it was pronounced so I didn't look at it and instead we went to the computer to check the inventory. We confirmed there were 2 in stock, walked back to the rods, and then I had my ohhhh moment. The worker also let me compare the Daiwa Fuego with another Daiwa Reel. I've shopped here maybe 5 times in the past 2 years so not often but I've never had a negative expeAmazon. Protip they price match Amazon as long as the listed item is sold and shipped by amazon."
