"I went in to get a temporary handicap placard. When I first arrived, the DMV services were unfortunately down statewide, but they were very helpful how they could be. They made sure that when I came in all my paperwork would be sufficient and took my name and number and called within 15 minutes of services being up. Then, I only waited around 10 minutes to be helped and walked out with everything I needed!"

"On the day that I visited, I was running late because my previous appointment was delayed. Thankfully, this branch is open until 6 pm on weeknights, so I had plenty of time. Once I got there, I checked in at the front desk and only had to wait a few minutes before I was called to the counter. The branch employee who helped me was really kind and walked me through the process of filling out the necessary form for my request. I was all finished within about 20 minutes. Great AAA branch!"

"It is Always Pleasant here. And Most of the time you are In and Out. Even when Crowded as such you get your business took care of in a decent time frame . Always my go to Branch. Oh and Side Note . The Branch in Tracy is worth visiting as well if you are closer that way ;-). Anyways you are still here looking at my review? Make an Appointment already or Better yet just pull up ! You will Not Regret It .."

"Anything beats DMV!! But seriously, very friendly staff. Clean office and comfortable seating if you need to wait. I've never waited linger than a few minutes to be served. I take care of all my vehicle registration and title documents here. Haven't been to DMV in years...won't be going back unless I absolutely need to. Stick with AAA and roadside service has also saved me and or family when in need over the last 3 decades."

"People are nice here and are very helpful. I have always enjoyed my interaction with the people here. However their products are often more expensive. I am referring to their car home insurance. I know they are supposed to be a more reputable company but I just cant seem to justify their high cost. Other than that, I do use them for things like DMV transactions and international drivers licenses. They are quick and friendly. No complaints. I wish I can use them for insurance needs but they are just too expensive."
