"Room was nice and spacious. Noisy because we were next to the electrical room. Some peeling paint in the bathroom. 2 vanities, which was great when getting ready. There was no information book in the room. Bed was comfortable. The sides of the tub were very deep which made it difficult to get in for anyone not 6' tall. Also no grab bars to aid getting in and out. This was the first hotel I have ever experienced this. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Yes, we will stay there again."
"They price gouged us like crazy, 3x as much as normal price just for seeing a comedian on a thursday. Room was barebones and old breakfast was meh, everything looked old. Staff was nice though Unless youre deadset in finding something next to the convention center dont waste your money, theres better hotels. Felt ripped off"
"Rooms were decent - clean and large. Biggest disappointment was the pool area - definitely in need of TLC. Not the cleanest, faded paint. It’s a busy location so not the place to go if you’re looking for a quieter hotel. Tried charging double the pet fee even though they hadn’t updated online. ($50 instead of $25) They didn’t with a little fuss but I can see they can charge given the proximity to the convention center. Area a bit sketch. Ultimately great if you’re going to a convention, but if not, there are far better choice hotels in Madison."
"We've stayed a this location every year for 10 years now at least. The place is showing its age, especially in our room's bathroom. Wallpaper coming off, shower rod disconnected from the wall, beds lumpy and not supportive etc. We were very surprised at how few rooms were booked, compared to previous years, attending a convention nearby. The breakfast included was above average, with hot entre choices and other usual items (bakery was processed preserved items, low quality on this).pool area needs some major updating!"
