"Our swingset is barely two years old and in poor condition. I guess if you don't buy their top of the line you are setting yourself up for failure. The parts that have broken they are willing to send us replacements for "free" buts its a gimmick because what they charge for shipping is more than what the pieces would cost by a mile. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ! The warehouse clubs and other local places have way better higher quality products for WAYYYY cheaper."

They were amazing to work with, and they even made sure we were able to get delivered before my granddaughter’s birthday party! The man that did the assembly had it done within six hours. "We are 1 year in on our rainbow super castle, and our backyard is still a magnet drawing the neighborhood kids to our playset. The set is so solid and heavy duty that I can swing full out without worrying about breaking something. Our yard is somewhat sloped, and they were able to easily customize our playset to sit level by ordering a taller rock wall section (from an even larger model). Installation was professionally done by them and I like knowing it is installed and assembled correctly. Since the playsets are modular, we like that we can add an additional level with more slides as our kids continue to grow into it."
"We bought a very large, commercial-grade Playsystem from them in 2014 when we lived in the fox cities. It’s still in amazing condition and our kids play on it year round. We have stained it a few times but very low maintenance overall. We now live over an hour south of this store. This year, we bought a jump free trampoline. Amazing customer service from the owners. We drove to this rainbow because our local rainbow dealer was rude when we called with questions about the trampolines. Highly recommend this store!"
