"Of course the kids loved it. Lots of different animals to choose from. Staff was very good to the kids but didn't need the upsell tactics after picking out clothes they asked the kids about loading sounds and scents to their animals, with extra charges of course. This should have been directed to the parents first. Otherwise, nice clean store and fun selections."
