"Historically great experiences there, even when I was a child. Biggest issue is that the weekday hours are highly discriminatory of school age children. It would be a fun after school activity for young school age kids, but the hours of them closing at 4 pm makes being an after school activity impossible. If employment is an issue, hire more people. Stay open till around 6 pm. That would make more sense."

"Very clean, energetic/fun staff, tons of interactive play for a wide span of ages, have taken kids from 18 months through 10 year olds here and all had a blast. A bit pricey to have a birthday party, but we found it hassle free and let us enjoy the party as much as the kids!"

"So much to do & explore at this children’s museum! Admission is $11/person. They also have discounted access passes if you meet the criteria. (Unemployment, reduced lunches, etc. Full list is on their website!) For parking, I highly recommend the parking garage adjacent from the museum. (There’s currently a lot of construction on the street, broken meters, closest free parking is far up street, etc.) Parking fee is $3 for 4 hours or less. They take cash or card at the kiosk!"

"We have been to this children's museum many times over the years since we are members of Discovery World in Milwaukee that includes free entrance for me and my family. We realized while traveling this weekend for the Calumet County fair which is close to Appleton that we have not been there is a few years so we decided to give it a go! We were pleasantly surprised to see some new options for playing and they completely ripped out the gift ship to make room for a Schneider Truck and fuel station as well as a mechanic and dock sorting area which is amazing for a truly hands on experience and quite engaging for their imaginations. They also have updated their water room to include a couple new water stations so all in all this was a great new experience for an old great!"

"Attended a family night corporate event - so much fun. Families got to run around and have so much fun.. a great way for the company to grow relationships and family bonds. The great variety of activities made our 2 hour event fly by."
