"I placed a drive thru order for a blonde, triple, iced vanilla latte. I had to go back in for a remake because either my espresso sat too long, or they didn't use blonde. Or so I thought.. Got my remake, and it was gritty and bitter. Recalibrate your machines, you should always see a star on your shot window. It was not busy, so there's no reason why my blonde espresso should taste so awful."
