"Interrupted while using the restroom by a male who said he was doing a "bathroom check", he then kept the door open while he chatted with another male coworker. Wildly inappropriate behavior. What a violating experience. I will not return."

"Horrible Restroom Nazis!! Don't go here if you have children with special needs!! If you take 2 long to use the Restroom here, they will call the cops on you! Wth? Idk why they insist on kicking people out to clean the restrooms. Why not just clean one at a time? That way if the women's is being cleaned someone can still change a baby in the men's etc. They didn't do the total Restroom cleaning here, but they did insist I rush, which I could not, and then called the cops on me for taking too long in Restroom. And after accidents and having to send my hubby to the car twice for an extra pad and change of pants. Do y'all even know how difficult it is to change a dirty diaper on an autistic 3 year old? Plz also keep in mind, we have no home to go back to to do it at. So sorry for their inconvenience that we have to exist on this planet with you."

"Employees wearing masks coughing into their hands, touching their faces adjusting their masks and touching food. Was ridiculed and told not to come back by employees for pointing this out. I'll never shop here or any Kwik trip again. Buyer Beware!!!"

"It’s hit or miss at this store - 2 out of 3 times it’s great. But there’s a dark-haired young woman manager sometimes in the mid to late afternoons, and whenever I see her I have a bad experience. She’s often standing with one or more employees joking & talking about personal matters, meanwhile there’s only one register open for a line of customers. When they do stop talking & open more registers they act like you’re bothering them. Yesterday I checked out with a guy (who was just having a confab with the manager) who didn’t say a word to me. Well, he did say “Yeah” when I asked for a receipt. Definitely no “See you next time”. It’s like that manager is toxic, vindictive, and she infects the employees. Please don’t tell me “Sorry, how can we make this a 5 star review”. Why should I go to the Kwik Trip website, that’s your job. Supervise your managers, they set the tone! This one should have been fired long ago - rude, disrespectful, fake. Meanwhile that Holiday on 21st & Tower has friendly employees, hot food & low turnover."
