"Management needs to step up and hire additional staff. Today I tried calling at two different times and waiting on hold for ten minutes each time. I never got through to someone. After just having surgery, it’s absolutely appalling that I can’t even check the status of my pain medication so I can pick it up. (It shows that it’s on hold in the app) I feel sorry for the staff that has to deal with all the frustrated customers! And I also feel bad for people who have to wait days to get their pain medication!"

"Staffing issues in Pharmacy. Which isn't the other staff’s fault. But oof man it was around 20 minutes and the line was not moving. I left because it took way too long. I feel CVS should be helping the staff at this location so they aren't short staffed."
