"Not an indictment of the local store, the staff was ok, but rather CVS policy on the whole. Apparently they can't give the flu shot to anyone under 19, maybe the Covid shot though. I wasn't going to wait another 20 minutes to wait to hear back from the supervisor. Why this didn't get flagged online when the appointment was scheduled, I don't know. Ages are entered at sign up. Also, even with an appointment, you're second place to anyone else there picking up, so ge prepared to wait. So that was an hour and a half wasted today of my limited time with the kids. Not impressed."
