"Service at this location has always been great but I felt compelled to share about my experience tonight. I just left after having to wait a little longer than normal because there was only one employee (Kevin) and he was helping an elderly customer when I arrived. This customer was confused about something with a shipment and mentioned having a sick husband at home. Kevin was so incredibly kind and gentle with her that it was a touching interaction to witness."

"I am always very happy with the service at this particular FedEx. I've needed some pictures taken for a visa and some documents shipped quickly since I will be traveling abroad soon. The staff at FedEx helped me more than any other store I visited and they offered both physical and digital visa/passport photos which not all stores do! The staff was also kind enough to highlight the tracking number on my receipt so I could clearly see the number for tracking I would need to enter on the website. Staff here goes above and beyond and I have been recommending this store to family and friends for all their printing and shipping needs. Thank you FedEx staff!"

"I have a ritual: I fly into Minneapolis en route to Eau Claire to teach a class at the university. I stop (correction, USED to stop) at this FedEx in Hudson to print out materials from a flash drive in preparation for this course solely out of convenience. I came in today, only to be met by the most obnoxiously condescending FedEx employee I’ve ever encountered. After 12 years of interaction with FedEx, that says a lot. Not only did he waive me off to take care of customers who came into the store after me (“I’ve got to take care of that guy” he says, pointing to some dude who literally hadn’t even put both feet into the store) he then proceeded to tell me that I could use the self print kiosk to do something I knew was impossible (print out PowerPoint slides—with notes—in color). I was then unceremoniously waived off to a colleague who then proceeded to watch me as the kiosk failed to print anything. I ended up leaving, hoping that the level of ineptitude here won’t be repeated at the FedEx shop in Eau Claire since they’re my last option this evening. Never again will I step foot in this store, and I will assuredly implore that any of my colleagues affiliated with the university follow suit. Horrid service. Inexcusably horrid service."

"I mailed 3 packages on the morning of 12/24. One of them shows through tracking that it never left the Hudson store........and it has mysteriously disappeared. The woman was no help and I kept getting transferred between the store and their customer service...where I had to deal with someone that can't understand English...........I will NEVER go here again...and will tell my friends and family to go somewhere else."

"I went here with my wife to have some books put together for a school project. We encountered the absolute worst service here. My wife placed a telephone call to the business days before arrival in order to confirm pricing for a project. Satisfied with the quote we went in a couple days later to have the project completed. The employee was very rude and acted as if it was simply too much to ask her to do her job. On top of that, it took approximately an hour for her to determine that the price quoted over the telephone was off by more than a hundred dollars. We left with a request to have the manager call us to see if the misquoted price would be honored. Despite assurances that the manager would call, it was necessary to call the business back on more than one occasion to get her on the phone. Upon contacting the manager she simply said the price was the price and there was not so much as an apology for their mistakes and our wasted time. As a result, I will never do any printing or copying with this business again."
