The Easton Apartments

"THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE, i lived there for a year the first 3 months i had NO hot water at all they kept giving me and my wife broken water heaters, anytime i went to the office they were either not there with no sign on the door or they were all on a break for over the time that they were meant to be, i had terrible neighbors that would bang on my door at 4am because i would have dropped one thing or walked to get some water i moved out in december and as im writing this i just now got my security deposit back OVER A MONTH after when i was meant to get it back, the worst place to live everything is overpriced and the staff will take every penny they can from you and don’t respond for days unless you threaten to sue them and then they respond instantly"

"Moved here in February 2022 and out January 2023. Moving in was incredibly easy, but moving out has been a nightmare. Getting any sort of communication from anyone is nearly impossible and I’ve been trying to get my deposit back for nearly two months now and am being met with stalling method after stalling method. So if you move here just know it’s not worth all the stress and frustration."

"I moved here from another state, and I must say that I absolutely loved my apartment and stay here at the Easton! Deedee and Margie are super awesome and professional, and the area is clean. I got one of the renovated apartments with new appliances and flooring, and it was super roomy for a 2br! Great location and staff!"

"I would like to leave a review about the apartment. The 1-bedroom apartment is quite spacious for a family of three. New renovation, laminate flooring, modern kitchen, no cockroaches. The location is good, a quiet area within walking distance of the school, a beautiful Quarry Park, a Safeway store and a pharmacy within a 10-minute walk. The territory of the complex is always clean, the management carefully monitors this. I would like to say a special thank to the director Margie, who is always amiable, tactful, customer-oriented and will always help to solve any issues. I definitely recommend this complex."

"This apartment complex is hands down the worst apartment I’ve never rented. We have a centipede problem ever since we moved in and they couldn’t care less. They are huge btw we even paid out of our own pockets to get a exterminator which didn’t help. Since the apartment is near a bunch of woods/trees. Now they are forcing every unit to get washer and dryer when they are already small. Best part THEY ARE PUTTING IT IN OUR BEDROOM CLOSET. So now we won’t have a closet basically and we don’t even get a choice is “not optional” like what ???"
