"I lived here for 2 years. Never had any roaches. Why? Because I kept my apartment clean every week. Some of the complaints about roaches are results of the tenants being unsanitary and lack of cleaning their apartments. So this is why roaches infested their units and traveled to other units. You don’t want roaches, gotta clean your apartment every week especially food area like the kitchen. This is where roach infestation begins. Don’t blame your laziness on management. My only complaint is the price. It used to be 2 bedroom $1250 and 1 bedroom $1150. After 2020, 2 bedroom went up to $1950 and 1 bedroom $1650. You can literally buy a house for those prices. This is not Eldorado Hills. These apartments are NOT Class AA, and people that live in Rancho Cordova are not rich and can’t afford this kind of price gauging!!"

"I recently moved into the area and inside the complex is a nice clean little bubble. I feel safe knowing that the community is monitored and gated. There is a pool and on site laundry rooms and some units come with small washer and dryers which is convenient for me. The application process was quick and the manager was always prompt and quickly got back to me about any questions or concerns I had."

"This is a nice average apartment. I have lived here more than 4 years. Management keeps changing & its now known as Grayson’s Apartment. The compound is kept clean and maintained on a daily basis. Laundry area is shared, there is extra parking for guests, no balcony. It is a 12 minutes walk from the light rail station & its near to shopping centers."

"What makes this apartment complex awesome are the apartment employees. Jose is an amazing dude who is always welcoming. His wife is just as warm and friendly. They know how to make you smile every time you run in to them. Also, they always help you out when you need something. The office managers are super friendly and happy folks. They will always take a moment of their time to help you out . I'm not going to lie, there were several moments when I was locked out of my apartment and/or needed something for school/work. They were very accommodating people. They understand your situation and are willing to work with you. I'm surprised there are so many reviews. Roaches are here, but the fumigators came by and conducted roach-icide. Apparently this neighborhood had violent history, but I lived here for a year. Nothing violent so far. I do see private security and shady looking folks though. Otherwise, this place is a cheap, affordable place with wonderful apartment staff and neighbors (my neighbors are awesome, so far. Except this one girl who kept turning up the music. Yelled at her and became good friends. Odd world)."

"Love this apartments and people that working in the office! very polite and always ready to help. All my maintenance requests were completed in time! never had problem with roaches, because kept my unit clean! neighbors were ok, and for this low price its really good place to stay! thanks for your well done work!"
