"I would like to express my concerns about the manager of this property. It has come to my attention that there have been instances of money being stolen, resulting in tenants being forced to move out. Additionally, there seems to be a pattern of the manager targeting African American individuals and only allowing Hispanic tenants on the property. This behavior is unacceptable and discriminatory. Furthermore, the manager's unprofessionalism and corrupt practices in the office are evident. It has been brought to my attention that she has been disregarding the waitlist and instead favoring people she knows personally. This is a clear breach of trust and fairness. To my surprise, I recently was told by a friend who stays on the property toward the front and discovered that the assistant manager has been moved into the back unit. Because she seen her come from the back and pull her vehicle in the parking at the front office . By the way my friend walked to the back and couldn’t help but notice they have the blinds wide open and a man walking around being look out . How stupid could you guys be making it that obvious. This is a significant violation of the property's regulations, and it is disheartening to see such blatant disregard for the rules. It appears that the manager believes she can get away with her actions without any consequences. The manager, assistant manager, and maintenance staff are all involved in these corrupt activities. It is evident that the manager holds racist views and displays extreme rudeness towards anyone who visits the office. It is disconcerting to see someone in a position of authority with such a lack of education and intelligence. Based on my experiences and the information I have gathered, I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this property. The actions of the manager, assistant manager, and maintenance staff are unethical and may lead to legal consequences for the property."

"The manger likes to harassing the children and finds any lil thing to kick them out even if there doing nothing wrong they just wanna kick people out to move there family members in and it's inappropriate my child goes out and the Manger harasses him and sends her workers to go watch him to try and kick us out even tho he doesn't do anything he's tired of it and where closed to getting kick out because of her he doesn't even like to go outside because she goes and harasses him."
