"Worst management ever. You have to basically beg or harass them for maintenance for weeks up to months. Be ready to be having something broken every other week they use the most cheap and old stuff and do Mickey Mouse jobs so something will always only be temporarily fixed. And be ready to live with a bunch of rats because they’re so cheap to fix the issues FOR GOOD. They even had the city come for so many complains on the rat issue that one apartment flooded due to the rats biting everything and still expected them to pay full rent! The owner is so thirsty for money they will have ANY excuse to not give you your deposit back after years of literally INSISTING the carpets are literally contaminated with bugs when I move out they want to blame us they had to buy “new carpet” when we just had 2 kitties for not even 2 months what a joke!"

"It is the worst place to live, there are many mice, bed bugs and animals, cats, dogs, they do not let you sleep, the manager is the worst and the owner of the apartments does nothing, it is super dirty, I do not recommend it for rent and they are already very expensive, they are not worth it"
